Can I try equipment before I buy?

Yes, if you test skis, boots, boards etc. we will refund the rental cost if you later decide to buy.

What if my rental boots are not comfortable?

Bring them back to us and we will adjust or swap them for you. If you want to change your boots, you must remember to bring your skis with you because the bindings will probably have to be adjusted.

What if my own boots are not comfortable?

Bring them in to one of our shops and we will try to adjust them for you. Our Hinterglemm road shop has excellent equipment for widening boots.

How do I make sure I get the correct length skis when I rent?

Our experienced staff will determine what length skis to offer you, by asking you a few questions and assessing your height and weight.

How do I make sure I get the correct boots when I rent?

When you come to collect we let you try boots until you find a pair that you feel comfortable with. If they later give you a problem, bring them back and we will adjust or swap them for you.

Can Sport Hagleitner Service my skis?

Yes we offer three types of service for your equipment. See our service page for details. You deliver to us before 18:00 hours and we will have them ready for you at 08:00 the following morning. You pay when you collect.

Can I book ski school at Sport Hagleitner?

Yes you can book ski school, carving school, boarding classes or private lessons from us.

Can I buy ski passes from Sport Hagleitner?

Yes you can buy ski passes from our shops.
